Admission to the Mixed-age Kindergarten Program

  1. Applications are passed on to the Early Childhood teachers. A teacher will contact you to schedule a time with a group of applicants. Parents attend and have a conversation with an Early Childhood teacher while their children interact together and are observed. Class placement will be decided on by Early Childhood teachers after class is fully enrolled.

  2. You will be informed of the acceptance of the application, and if the child is accepted and space is available, the school office will mail a confirmation of acceptance along with an Enrollment Contract. If a space is not currently available, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified as soon as there is a space in the class.

  3. The Enrollment Contract must be returned to the school office along with the non-refundable deposit required within two weeks in order to reserve the child's space. All financial arrangements, payments, health and emergency forms must be filed with the office prior to any student attending Apple Blossom School and Family Center.
