Each week, we will release a video and resources on a specific caregiving theme that participants can access on their own time. These resources will expound upon foundational parenting topics and include accessible resources for caregivers of children birth to age seven, such as songs, crafts, recipes, and educational materials to build your toolkit.

We will meet Wednesday evenings on Zoom for discussion, questions, and community as we navigate the ups and downs of conscious parenting.
