Tina C. Benjamin

With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Tina Benjamin is a dedicated and nurturing educator committed to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young children.
Throughout her career, she has worked with preschool-aged students, helping to foster creativity, confidence, and a love of learning through hands-on instruction and meaningful relationships with families and staff.
Most recently, Tina served as Art Director and Head Teacher at Create Learning Center in Wilton, Connecticut, where she managed daily preschool operations for more than 80 students ages two through five. In this role, she developed curriculum, coordinated parent-teacher communication, supported staff training, and maintained a warm and collaborative classroom culture. She also stepped into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Education.
Tina brings strong organizational and communication skills to every role, along with experience in school operations, budgeting, and staff support. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid/EpiPen certified.
Tina is passionate about helping young learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically, and she looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact on her students.
